Introducing: “Catch Phrase!” - A Journey Through Words and Art A hands-on activity tailored for Key Stage 2 pupils. From the comforting “There’s no place like home” to the festive “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas” and the determined “I’ve started so I’ll finish,” pupils embark on a captivating journey, uncovering the origins and meanings of 10 timeless catch phrases. Each catch phrase has it’s own original poster for inspiration, showing origins and meaning as well as instructions for pupils own poster work. “Catch Phrase!” links Literacy with Creativity: A fusion of language, art and design.
